You mean about the big train wreck part of the gossip part?I commend your honesty.

Probably both considering what I've read here. You mean about the big train wreck part of the gossip part?
Hey, it's been a whole year of a pandemic, nobody can hardly go anywhere, and we've all got spare time on our hands.![]()
I think if you want to be global influencers and sell us your wares you should be discussed. We should never just accept that kind of influence without question.
And then there's the whole choosing to give a very 'tabloidy' emotive interview to a potentially huge audience (on top of everything else) They're giving every impression of wanting to be a talking point ...and wanting to shut everyone else up.
And, of course, there's this: -
Why would some take part in threads purely to have a go at other posters, but not to discuss the actual topic?![]()
Well, I don't know about other posters. But in this thread, I ** have ** been discussing the actual topic.
From a devil's advocate perspective, possibly incredibly devilish, here's another set of possibilities to consider:
The information that Buckingham Palace is launching an investigation into the bullying claims is tied to the upcoming interview. Could the palace PTB be stirring this pot as a preemptive strike against what they expect to be unflattering claims against the palace/royal family/the bureaucracy?
Is it entirely beyond the realm of any and all possibility that Prince Phillip's hospitalization is actually a strategic maneuver to sway sympathy, attempt to shut the interview down and isn't really anything serious enough to merit a hospital stay at all? (Bearing in mind, we're talking about a geriatric patient on the high end of even the geriatric range who is also incredibly rich and well known.)
I'm not suggesting that either situation is factual. But I do recognize that there is an awful lot vested by many more people than just the family in keeping the system a going concern, and as such powerful forces sometimes engage in extreme strategies.
I believe Philip had heart surgery. That's hard to fake and keep under wraps. It's not like they could say they did it at the palace. From a devil's advocate perspective, possibly incredibly devilish, here's another set of possibilities to consider:

There is someone who I am friends with on fb. He is really into a big political storm that is supposedly coming, and says that Prince Phillip died last year.
But no, I don't think Prince Phillip's illness has been fabricated.
I do however think that the investigation into the bullying claims could be a preemtive strike.
Would it be just too much if you add in the phrases "my voice/our voices"?I'm planning on turning it into a drinking game. Every time she clutches her bump? Drink. Every time Diana/mother is mentioned? Drink. Every time the words "mental health are uttered? Drink. I figure to make it about ten minutes before I'm under the table. And that may be generous.
Sorry but that's just crazy talk. There is someone who I am friends with on fb. He is really into a big political storm that is supposedly coming, and says that Prince Phillip died last year.

Possibly. I debated also including "privacy," but figured I'd drop dead from alcohol poisoning before the first commercial break (because I suspect the bump clutching will be enough to induce cirrhosis of the liver even absent any of the other phrases).
