Is it O.K. to go to BOG just for dessert and drinks?

We were able to get a BOG reservation for 9:25. My kids are older (11 and 8), so staying up is not a problem. It's waiting to eat dinner until 10:00! We normally like to eat around 5.

Would it be frowned upon if we just went for dessert and drinks?

We had a FP+ lunch reservation last month and only got cupcakes--nobody seemed to mind! :)

You can do whatever you want - its your meal! When I did my CP we dined late all the time ... we would push all our meals back and grab a snack in between lunch and dinner and ate after 9 no problem but not everone can do that. Enjoy your meal!

If you tip well and all order a bevy and a dessert, you will have no issue (this is less Disney advice and more a decade of having friends who make their living as wait staff...as long as you are polite and tip well (and don't stay past closing!) most service persons are pretty cool about whatever you order)

I would just do a lunch, I know we really just want to see the inside and the lunch looks good but the dinner does not to us....so hopefully we can get a fastpass, but my problem is we are meeting a couple there that is not staying onsite..I really wish they also accepted walk ups as well..
