Is it normal to be on hold for 40plus minutes?

So we got an email code for the dates we have for All Stars (we are staying there before we check into BCV on points)

We called and the lady said she needs to check to make sure we didn't make the ressie through DVC (we didn't).

That was 40 minutes ago. We are sitting on hold waiting for her to come back. Has she forgotten about us? Or is this normal?

Ha ha! Thanks. I think about 20 minutes after I posted that question they got it all staightened out. We got the code applied to our rooms! So in the end it was worth it!
