I think the asking prices have moved up since the rumored Jan 1 changes are rumored to be off, again. But asking price isn't selling price.

I have noticed asking price has been creeping up. There where contracts at SSR in the high $50 asking but the new ones are asking in the $60's.

As the glut of people are coming out of the worst of financial crisis you should see some stabilizations in the resale markets and supply and demand should show some signs of recovery in resale prices. It would be nice to see the prices going back up a bit, could actually mean that wider economic recovery is on the horizon, because people don't "have" to sell now.

Noticed the same thing the other day. SSR and OKW seem a little higher, but BWV seems to have gotten lower. I always have my eye out in case the perfect resale contract comes along and then I'll be forced to jump on it.
