Is it me or is cyber monday a flop?

Well apparently cyber Monday didn't go really well as I received about 8 emails this morning from sites saying their cyber Monday sales were extended through midnight tonight (Tuesday.)

I hit Godiva for stocking stuffers and Nike for some sale items (which had an additional 25% off), but other than that, I didn't do much shopping. And, the Nike discount was available earlier, so nothing special yesterday. I will get a $10 gift card w my Godiva purchases, along w the free shipping, so I hope there is another sale to buy a few more things before Christmas.

I think it was a great cyber monday. If people are looking for handouts, thats not going to happen. But if you are a savvy shopper and know the value of something, there are deals to be had.

Ugh! Just got an email from JCP on my great bargains. Everything is backordered. Nice.

I wasn't to impressed w/ the deals I saw. I waited for a video game deal to start on Amazon and waited and when the time came............it was a whole $3 off a $60 game and then I had to pay for shipping. Really? I can go get it cheaper at Best Buy right now! Oh well. First world problems.

I spaved a few hundred dollars so that was great. Lots of 25% and 40% off stores that usually don't have those deals with free ship.

I agree, last year I spent most of the day shopping and felt I got a lot of good deals. I eagerly awaited this year and...nothing special. No big discount nothing. I shopped a few hours and got so annoyed just went to bed.
