Is it just me or did wdw just change their menus at whispering canyon cafe & ohana AND crystal palace? I made reservations last month & just looking over the menus again and it seems as if they had more variety the last time I looked. Any help? THANKS!

It's hard to tell because these are family style (and CP buffet) restaurants so the menus will not list every item available.

WCC appears to have changed their non-family-style menu. I asked about this last week because it seems that there is nothing on the lunch menu that I will eat so it is either going to be cancel, kids menu or dessert only for me there. I don't know about the other menus as I booked lunch and paid more attention to the lunch menu when I made my ADRs at the beginning of April. They do warn you that the menus can change at any time without notice and they do, from time to time. It is just one of those things that comes with the turf.

Which site are you using for your menus?

Thanks for the reply. Good to know it's not just my imagination I looked at allears.net and they just updated it... I had looked a while ago & I did think it was different.

There is nothing on the menu now that I would like to eat either.

We are going in December... maybe the menu will change back? This is what I am hoping.

I also don't know what to do. I picked it because DD would LOVE to go there (I think just for the fun of it), but at the time I knew it would be hard to find something I would eat there. Thing is, it's a surprise trip for her so I cant even run it by her and looking at the kids lunch menu now, I don't know if there is anything she will eat there either. I so don't want to cancel as it is one of her surprises, but I will feel so bad if we go and just order an appetizer each (and a Tinkerbell mug x2 which will boost our bill a bit). I am also in a bit of a dilemma on this one. I am hoping it won't look too bad since our reservation is at 2.20 pm, so hardly peak lunch time - hopefully they will be pleased to have the last sitting in and out I don't want to ponder over it too long because someone else may be wanting the ressie if it comes open.

A side note on the unofficial menus, they are not always complete. The websites rely on guests who have recently visited posting up to date menus and I know for a fact that some have menu items omitted that are in fact still there. I am hoping maybe this is the case here, but need to be prepared anyway.

I looked at the Ohana menu on allears and its exactly what we were served last year, so that has not changed

As PP said, allears & wdwinfo frequently are out of date, have incomplete or incorrect info, etc...they do depend on volunteers to supply info. But if you look at Disney's own website, most of the restaurant menus are on there (the pdf of the actual menu, not just a listing) That is usually more up to date than allears or wdwinfo. Although I did just compare allears & the Disney menu for WCC and they match this time.
