Is it Juan-uary yet? Bachelor Juan Pablo dish - NO SPOILERS please!!!

Of course Juan is ticked off, he probably heard (about two weeks ago) that Andi is the new bachelorette and he realized just where he stands with the show you know by "DEFAULT".

I don't think Chris and the producers really threw him under the bus. He threw himself under the bus with the things he said and the way he treated the women. He alone is responsible for that behavior.

Does anyone know what JP meant about the "issues" or something like that with the producers or Nikki? I was confused and it was never explained.
I'm going to have to see that part again.

I agree. He's had two chances on LIVE TV to clarify anything without editing. When one of the girls asked him to clarify his "pervert" remark, instead of taking 5 minutes on Live TV, he said he's rather say it after the show and talk about it for an hour. :confused3

This whole show tonight, he was given a LOT of air time, and he could have clarified whatever he wanted.

I'm wondering if he signed a contract in the beginning stating he had to show up tonight or owe them $$$.

I think it was that Andi was being groomed to be the next bachelorette and had such a bad exit with him.

Moving on to Andi- she is only 26 and has a great career, anyone else think that clip made her sound totally desperate???

Wonder what happened to the $$$ Neil Lane ring he took and didn't use??

I don't blame anyone for not proposing at the end, but if it's been 4 months and he still can't say I love you, that seems ominous.:confused3

I think that Pablo went in to this season not truly understanding what being the Bachelor meant even though he had already been on the Bachelorette.

I think that he went in to this season more to find a girl to date not one to propose to. They didn't even show him picking out a ring like they usually do. They knew then that he wasn't going to propose and were probably having problems with him then.

I think that he and Nikki will part ways before the end of the year and I think that Nikki realizes this deep down and was just playing a part tonight. She was the better choice and will probably take their breakup much better than Claire would have.

I think that Pablo was more interested in Charlene and Andi and once they left went with his back ups.

I think that the show picked the wrong man to be the Bachelor and should just let him go.

I do know that I am not interested in watching Andi pick "her man".

I thought the same thing. Clare looks like the type to throw things. :duck:

I am. They finally have a Bachelorette whose IQ is in the three digits. She's also used to interrogating people. I think she will ask smart, pertinent questions of the men about their views and values. Same as Emily did. They will be on their toes.

Ditto.

I think they've swung from way too stupid to way too smart. There's a sweet spot in the middle and neither one is it.

And what was his big announcement going to be? Or was he,just toying with them?

Terri

Could someone please post what was said on GMA today? I'd love to know what Chris Harrison had to say about this season. Were Juan Pablo and Nikki on the show also?

I don't see them lasting - I think Nikki only showed up last night because she was under contract to do so. She and Juan Pablo will prob. make the rounds of the talk shows and by next week they'll go their separate ways.

OMG, how can anybody find any way to even begin to excuse or defend this man???? I seriously can not even begin to see how anyone could be 'Ohhhh, poor Juan Pablo... he just 'this', or 'that'..

I had always said the Nikki was, like, 12 years old...
And, I can't even believe an emotional and psychologically 12 year old woman would buy his... give in to my perverted sexual desires, with no expression of commitment, either emotionally or verbally. OMG, that poor girl.

There have been several women who have indicated that he made very inappropriate comments to them, just waiting for those off-camera moments... And that he didn't know them or even try to get to 'know' them (other than in the Biblical sense of the word!!!) They finally opened their eyes and they just walked away.

Not one of them even desired to speak to the man for explanation or 'closure'. That speaks volumes.

And, OMG, as screwed up and as hated as Clare has been.
Who would have imagined that we would all be applauding for that girl !!!!!

We need big applause smiley on here... and I will throw in a big :worship: for her for telling it like it is, without going overboard and being catty and inappropriate. It says a lot that what he had said/suggested to her was so bad that she couldn't even begin to try to actually say it or indicate what it might have been on ABC prime time television.

And, the same thing goes for Sean... he really stepped up and nailed it, in an acceptable way. Never have been a fan of his... but last night!!! :thumbsup2

Although I do think it would be very interesting to be a fly on that wall if the top women ever did get together, after all of this has come out, and compare notes on just what our 'so beloved' bachelor Juan Pablo said and did with each of them.

I agree with everything, except for your last point.

After watching last night's episodes I *still* think that a lot of Juan Pablo's shortcomings stem from culture and language. While he led Clare on, how does that differ from any other F2 finale?

It was Chris who bothered me the most last night in the way that he prodded and needled Juan Pablo about his plans and whether he was in love with Nikki. While Juan Pablo can take care of himself, I *really* felt really bad for Nikki. Every needle and every parry on their part reflected directly on her from BOTH sides. She was like a child in the middle of her parent's nasty divorce :sad2:.

I agree with you on that. Language was definitely a problem though there are some who beg to differ. If was quite obvious that Pablo did not understand everything that was being said and he didn't know how to verbalize his thoughts in English. I'm sure it was very frustrating for him as it was for us watching.

It really bugged me the way she and JP were practically sitting on each others laps, all wrapped around each other. What the heck?!
