Is it crazy to be planning the next trip already?

My hubby thinks I am nuts! We just returned from our week at WDW ,stayed at the Poly, he wants to go again this time next year and stay at the poly again, so I am starting to book and plan..........I was asking him which type of room we should get this time, he thinks i am crazy for planning already and doesn't even want to talk about it yet!!!! I can't stop thinking about it, and the kids and I are so ready to go again!! LOL
He did have a great time, and did love it too, so I know its not that, maybe he needs time to decompress from the vacation! LOL

I do the same thing! We bought AP's 4 years ago, in fact, so now we go to WDW 3x a year to justify having AP's LOL! There is just something magical about the WDW vacation. I think it's having the family together in such a happy place 24/7, no pressures, work, or anyone we know. It's just us.
:)

I started planning our next trip the day we got home. And DH doesn't want to hear anything about it either. He loves it there and wants to go every year but when we first get home, he is still reliving the memories from the trip we just had. I just quietly plan the next vacation until he's ready to discuss what is next.

Ditto here! I just got back Oct 7th, but before we even left for that trip I had my Dec trip booked and paid for, including air fare, a tour, and ADRs. I was also already planning my May trip and talking about my trip for next Sept (before my AP expires:rolleyes1 ). I will be leaving in five days to go back, but already have my ADRs made for my May trip and am still hoping that the Bounce Back Program may be available while I'm down there, so I can book my Sept trip.

You are not alone. That is part of the fun for us.

As soon as I got back from my 11 day trip last August, I was planning where we are going to be staying and eating for our August 08 trip.

Nothing says vacation like Disney.

OK, I'm planning our next trip in 2008. We leave for the 2007 trip in four days. Yup, I'm planning a trip before we've even taken "the next" trip. :rotfl: In my defense, as I tell DH, WDW has been having good bounce back bookings, so I'd better be prepared just in case.

I start planning and booking my trips easily a year in advance. As soon as we get back from a trip I am so bummed, and I feel better if I can start planning another one. There is so much fun in planning and researching a Disney trip!!:cool1:

You are not alone...I am already thinking/planning our 2009 trip! We don't leave for our 2007 trip until next weekend! :lmao:

I'm already planning our next one and I haven't even left for THIS one yet!!!!:scared1:

This one is a girls only trip (it started out as me and DD9 for her gymnastics meet, then we added DD13, and now it looks like DD6 is going too):confused3

Next Dec, we're all going...

Oh good I am not alone! I didn't think I would be :)
It is so much fun to plan, and takes away from being bummed being home!! I will just keep quietly planning, and when he wants to put in his 2 cents he can! LOL

we had our May 2008 trip planned in April of 2006 and our Dec 2008 trip planned in July of 2006. This was even before we left for our Dec 2006 trip. And now that we bought APs for 2008 we are thinking about sweezing in another trip either this summer or over thanksgiving, or depending on airfare.... maybe both.
