I was considering doing an online grocery order (new for me). But I am a little nervous.

We are coming off a cruise & we want to get to the resort, check in & go straight to the parks. If our room isn't ready, do they really want my grocery stuff laying around? Plus I don't know what time I would say to deliver - I don't want to wait around for a grocery delivery!

I guess I could have it delivered later, but how late do they deliver to resorts? Or should I just do a grocery stop on our transport from port to the resort?

no reason to be nervous! i have had groceries delivered twice with no real problems through garden grocer. you do not need to be at the resort to get the delivery. the first time we were at the resort pool and they called us and i met them at the room to get the groceries & the second time they just delivered them to the bell hops and they brought it to us when we came back to our room and called for it. the groceries are in nice thick bags (unlike the grocery store here at home!!) and the bags were marked that belonged in the fridge so the bell service kept them cold for us. when you place an order you just pick a time range to have it delivered and i believe you can write a note on the order so you can let them know to just deliver it to the bell service if you are not going to be around.

i have to admit that i was a little nervous before i did this the first time too, but it is really nice to just have the groceries delivered to you so you can enjoy your vacation time! have a great trip!

I have groceries ordered to be deliverd to CBR on Nov 21st. The only time slot they had was 10am-noon but we wont even be at the hotel until after 6pm. This is no problem because they will drop it off for us and hold it in the back. When we check in we'll ask for the groceries and out they'll come!! Very easy!! Only $10 for delivery plus a tip!! You charge it all ahead of time so they will be all set!!

We had not checked in yet when our groceries were delivered to the CR in February. Asked bell services about it at check-in and they brought them up with our luggage.

Hope that helps!:)

one of them does either we go shop or garden grocer. Check out their webistes. Keep in mind that if you order alcohol, you have to be present for delivery and show your ID stating that you're 21.
