I ahve never been to a dinner show-- but wanted to see everyone's opinion if this would be worth the 2 credits-- the food looks decent-- how is the food and entertainment? Also-- how hard is it to get to this resort? We are staying at CSR and not sure how we would travel to this resort-- if you could be of any help it would be greatly appreciated:) thanks so much

We were at CSR when we saw this show too. First, I think it is well worth 2 table credits. I think you can only get tier 2 or 3 seating, but it is still awesome. A great show with really good food. To get there, we just went right from the Magic Kingdom. There are a couple of boats that head over to Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge. Make sure you pay attention to the signs that you are hopping on the right boat, but the one that takes you to Ft. Wilderness drops you off right back near Pioneer Hall where the show takes place.

We think so highly of the show we might be going back this year and paying out of pocket. But it is food that we really enjoy to begin with.

Just wanted to add when you are done the show, you can hop back on the boat to the Magic Kingdom, and then walk over to the bus depot and catch a bus back to CSR. If you go to the late show of HDD, they usually have transportation ready for the guests to get back to their resorts afterwards.

We think it is. We have attended HDDR the past two years and plan on making reservations in a month or so for our September vacation.
DS even got to go onstage and play the part of the cowboy on our last visit.
It is a truly fun show and would be great for a large group. We are taking DMIL back with us this time. She hasn't been in about 15 years!

I think it's definitely worth it, particularly if you've never been before. Also, you can get Cat 1 seating on the DDP if you go to the 9:30 PM show.

Absolutely worth 2 credits. The show is wonderful and the food is plentiful and very good. We have done Hoop Dee Doo three times and never get tired of it. It is such a fun time!

Worth is totally subjective and a hard question to answer. What is "worth" it to me, may not be "worth" it to you.
That said, We love HDDR. We have been several times and we will go again. Last tripwe paid OOP and saved the credits. We prefer Tier 1 seating and did not want to wait for the 9:30 show.
The food is really good "Down home cooking", but it is not gourmet. The meal is salad, cornbread, ribs, fried chicken, baked beans, mashed potatoes and strawberry shortcake. It is all you care to eat and they will bring you more of anything you would like. It includes beer, wine and sangria. We thought the chicken was excellent and we had seconds.
The show is highly energetic and tons of fun. There is singing, dancing, audience interaction and lots of corny jokes. We love it.
I have been with children as young 4 and adults over 60 and everyone had a great time.
Good Luck with your deciision.

Think the 2Ts value is definitely good - think of one credit for your meal and then another for your alcohol/tip and entertainment. What a bargain!!

Really loved this show, we are from the UK and not sure if it would appeal to us. Amazing fun. Planning to go again next trip.

We also stay at CSR and go from MK by boat as already posted. First show for us as it finishes in time to either go back to Mk for wishes or go over to GF for coffee at GAsparillas and then watch the water pageant from the dock.

We love Hoop de Doo. We've been at least 3 times, perhaps more. Whenever we have guests come with us we always have to do Hoop de. Well worth two table service credits. You will have a blast.
