Is FairFx slow for anyone else?

When I first got my FairFx card my orders were processed really quickly, up to an hour at the most.

These days no transactions seem to process for at least a day or more!

It's really bad service.

I haven't loaded funds for a while to be honest so I don't know. I did notice a few months ago that it was taking a long time to reflect fluctuations in the rate. They used to be pretty sharp at keeping with it so perhpas the whole thing has just slowed down .... The positive of the slow reflection of rate changes has been that if the rate takes a plunge, you still have several hours to load your card at the better one
