Is Disney website EST or CST

I am trying to sign up for an event that was supposed to open at 10 a.m. All I get is a blank screen when I press the reserve button. It doesn't say a time zone so I am wondering if it is not EST. Anyone know what time zone they usually operate on?

However, if it is a D23 event they always open the link at 10:00 Pacific Time so as to not give those of us on the East an advantage (of being awake already).
