Is CRT dinner becoming a character meal?

I've tried to search on this but haven't found anything.

I was pretty late trying to book Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast or lunch for our upcoming April trip so they were already filled. I made a dinner ADR even though I was told there wouldn't be characters visiting the tables. I've been calling every day for the last two weeks to see if there have been any cancellations without luck. The CM's I speak with apologize and politely send me on my way.

During today's call, she said be sure to keep my dinner ressie because as of February 1st, dinner will be a visiting character meal "the same as breakfast and lunch".

I'm still not sure what to think since the CM who made the original ADR for April specifically said no characters at the tables. Can anyone confirm of this change? It would make me the luckiest person on the planet!

It's true. There are no characters visiting tables at dinner. Cindy is downstairs for professional pics and then upstairs the Fairy Godmother and Suzy and Pearla will do a short 15 min presentation for any 'special events' such as engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and that's it. Sorry. The other princesses are only at breakfast and lunch.
