Is BTMRR closed temporarily or long term?

Just saw on MDE that BTMRR is closed? Is that temporary?

I have to admit, I don't even know what BTMRR is. I am sure it will make sense to me when you tell me. But there are so many rides and things in Disney, it's too many to match up the initials.

Usually the wait times on the app will say "temporary closure".

Because Splash Mountain is closed until sometime in March, I'm sure any closing of BTMRR is temporary.

It must just be a quick temporary thing or it is just down at the moment. It is scheduled to be closed for refurb April 7 - April 9

On the MDE if it says "temporary closure" it means a temporary downtime. If it says "closed" it is closed for the day.

I agree, though maybe Disney is planning a "you can visit Frontierland as it was in 1979!" promotion.
