We had lunch at BOG in November 2013 twice - both times without reservations. The line was long but it moved quickly. I know they have changed that part of it up as of now, but it was definitely worth the wait. Each person had a favorite when we went the first time and we HAD to go back one more time before we left to go back home. We have BOG dinner reservations for our Nov 2014 trip and can't wait to try out the dinner menu!
