Can anyone please enlighten me, is t still possible to get bog ressies before the attractions open? (When people are still held to Main Street?)

Is there still any advantage to 7dmt?

I know that even if it is still a thing, it’s nearly impossible to get (and coordinate around early morning Magic’s), but just wanted to see if was something to put on my priority list

Thanks :)

It's not that hard to get. Avoiding EMM is mostly avoiding Sunday and, uh, I think Tuesday? The thing, though, is that if you choose another day, you might lose out when they change open to 8AM anyway.

Thanks! I think I just had bad luck last trip- kept trying for 180 days and stuck out! Ok I’ll try again for this time!

Breakfast and lunch are not too hard to get at BOG. Dinner is extremely difficult. I have seen reservations during extra magic hours in the morning, but not before the park opens.

I noticed a lot of people cancelled their reservations right near the "24 hour mark" to avoid the reservation fee. I know this is not as simple as having your reservation in advance, but we scored a BOG reservation the day before for dinner because I kept checking back to see if anything opened up. Touringplans.com also has a reservation finder now that will monitor it for you and notify you if one is found in your timeframe!

If you book at 180 days you can find PPO breakfast. That said, with the recent changes to dinner that are upcoming there were some dates that were held past the 180 mark and opened at a later date. Keep checking and watch the calendar for updated hours. We always do a PPO because 1. We like the food and 2. We like riding 7dmt without waiting for an hour or two.

I was able to book an 8:05 on a 9am opening day with no EMH, and I was way past 180 days when we booked our trip, I think I was around 120? There were other early mornings open at the time too. For us, it’s not really a must do, just thought we’d try it since it was available. If park opening moves to 8am, I am cancelling that.
