Is BC Marketplace really not on the 2007 DDP?

I'd like to know too. We'll be at BCV 1/21 - 1/25 and had plans to use some of our snack options at the Marketplace. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

We checked in today at BCV and althought we are not doing the DDP this trip the snack signs are still all over the Marketplace. I do know that in some previous brochures it wasn't listed but was participating.

If I'm in there tomorrow, I'll be sure and ask. And I should be at least to buy newspapers.

But I wouldn't worry, I would bet it is still on!

Thanks everyone, we are. First we were at the GF for 4 nights and now at BCV.

Yes, BC is still on the DDP and gelato is still a snack. It still has the very restrictive dessert list for QS meals though.

Spoodles window no longer is on the DDP for QS although you can still use a snack credit for beverages.

Sorry, bicker I didn't see your question until now as we've been at MGM. I did walk through the Screen Door looking for crocs for my DD. I didn't notice any DDP signs but I was only "sort of" looking so I really have no idea. But at the Spoodles window I was told you can get sandwiches for the QS meals at the Boardwalk Bakery. If we get back over there I'll check for you. Who knows we may go tonight for dinner as the prices at YSH have gotten out of line with the food IOHO...$42 for a ribeye or porterhouse!

Off to cancel that reservation!

Great news. We check into BCV on the 23 to 27.

For bicker and anyone else interested, snack credits can be used at the Screendoor....."pretty much anything under $4." But that is it. No QS but then there really aren't any meals served there anyway.

I still didn't see any DDP signs though.

Well, I really looked this time and didn't see any but who knows maybe I somehow missed them.

We just got back from a stay at BCV and we ate lunch at the Marketplace. I had a roast beef sandwich, bag of chips, rice krispy treat and a bottle of diet coke for 1 CS. They have the huge bags of chips there and the lady said you could use a snack credit for them and anything else under $4.00. They were limited on the dessert options. I think the choices were a cookie, rice krispy treat and there was one other. The sandwiches were quite large and pretty good. They were kind of like the ones at the Boardwalk Bakery.

Oh, oh-I hope that's wrong. I'll be checking in to BCV tomorrow, and I LOVE to eat at the BC Marketplace. I'll surely be back with a report 1/14 if no one has one before (and hopefully gelato is still a snack credit!)

OK, I'm back and I promised, but I see it's already been confirmed by some others-yes, both BC Marketplace and the Screen Door are on the DDP. But I'm in deep mourning-they've discontinued carrying pistachio flavored gelato. When I saw that, I yelled "Oh, no!" Unfortunately, several people, including a couple CMs came running, thinking I was in serious pain. But it was only a temporary problem-rasberry is an acceptable substitute. Sorry I didn't run into you BCV23-and I kept looking for someone ordering chocolate gelato. I think BC Marketplace is a great use of DDP-for lunch I had a roast beef and brie sandwich, rice krispy treat, bottle of soda, and orange. Several times I had a large gelato, since you can get either size on the DDP, so as the CM suggested, "You might as well get the large." And on the DME bus back, someone showed me their snacks from the Screen Door-boxes and bags of cookies and pretzels. Sorry, I never got over to the Spoodles window.

The brochure still says that most carts and merchandise locations (selling snacks) will accept the DDP.

Sorry I missed you too, Simba's Mom. My daughter never did get around to chocolate gelato at the Marketplace as she seemed to get her fill of chocolate desserts at our various dinners. We did get those great yogurt parfaits and the croissant sandwiches though.
