Is AP discount same as FL discount for January?

Hey guys,


Going back around the end of January, right now I see a AP resort discount but no FL resident discount. Last year when I booked for Feb with the FL discount which came out in December 2013 but I don't remember if it was any more of a discount than the AP one.


Does anyone know if the FL discount is the same?


Is there ever a discount for mermaid rooms at AoA?

They have pretty much been the same, a few years ago I know the AP discount would be a few % better. I live in Florida and have the seasonal AP and I look at it as having more rooms available since I can use either of the discounts.
