Is anyone having trouble signing in to your My Disney Experience this morning?

I have my name and password saved and it's saying they don't match any in the system. I downloaded the app on my new phone last night. HELP!!! At 7am I'm on hold with a 30 minute wait.
 
I heard on another disney board they are fixing the server so lots of people having trouble
 
Same here. I was actually having trouble on my laptop last night but my ipad was working. Now neither one is working. I managed to snag Elsa & Anna FP so I'm praying they don't get lost!!!
 

I just tried and here's the message:
Sorry, the Email or Member Name and/or Password do not match any in our system. Please try again or create a new account.
If you feel this message is in error, call (407) 939-4357 for assistance.


This really bugs me. Why don't they just say that the site is down, rather than posting a message telling the guest that their account has poofed?
 
At least I don't need to worry all the FPs are being taken while I'm waiting. Seems like everyone is in the same annoying boat! I have to go to work soon, so I hope they speed this along! Congrats on the A&E FP Lakoda!
 
We arrive today. I hope this doesn't mess up all my stuff including online checkin.

Yep! Says they are unable to continue with my sign in. Geez.
 
Just got through the website is down. I think they need a new message. Telling me my account isn't recognized put me in a panic!!!
 
So glad to see others reporting this, thought my account had went crazy again! I'd had problems before and they had to do this whole deal with the computer tech people, so whew! Don't want to go through that again. Hope this gets back up soon! I was looking for BOG FP!
 
Whew!! Glad to see others are having this problem!! I was having major anxiety when I tried to log on this morning thinking my account was lost
 
I had the same experience yesterday. It said "user name not recognized." I typed in my email address and it went through?
 
yes same problem. Worked during the night when I got FP+ but now that I want to go back and check what I did while half asleep I can't.
 
I think I managed to get a few of my Fastpasses at 2:30 this morning. It was very glitchy and kept saying I needed to try again. If I did get a page loaded often it didn't list all the available items to fast-paced but if I managed to get to the page to make changes I could find it there. I have really no idea what all I got and when as I ended up with the can't log you on message around 3:30 am. I am glad that it was system wide and not just me.
 
i knew something was up with I called and there was a 30 minute wait. what made me hang up was the fact they where playing its a small world.
 
We are thinking about booking a trip for the fall, and I can't even check resort availability. It just takes forever to load and then I finally get the Donald Duck error message. Grr!
