Is anyone having trouble seeing their reservations on the DCL app or online?

Just logged into app and saw both my reservations.

Thank you, I can see my reservations, staterooms, check in complete etc, but can't see "my plans"

Just logged in on the app and it worked fine. I can see my reservation there and on the website.

On the website I got several times that they were working on the website, but when I refreshed it was working again.

I will try to refresh. I know sometimes the website is finicky.

On the app they won't let me login, are saying something is wrong, but I am using the same password I use on the website

Is that the app for use onboard the ship? I don't think you can actually use it until your onboard for your cruise.

You can now log into the app before you are onboard and it will list your room number, reservation number, first names of the guests, the dates, the ship name, and the type of cruise (e.g., Eastern Caribbean).
