is anyone else watching the VMAs

I agree. Turned it on, turned it off after 10 minutes. There definately was a "fake" feeling about it. Very weird.

Dan~ they are the awards show for MTV~ video music awards~ I think they are weird also almost like watching a concert on tv. I really dont like the delayed feel. and what is up with pink, man someone get her some coffee.

I think it's more like a 10 - 15 minute delay so they can get that "video" quality to the show. It does look incrediably fake or taped.

Besides the fake look, half of the performers aren't even singing live either. Both Eminem and PDiddy lipsynched - although at least Eminem had is mike on and you could hear him singing over. PDiddy just lipsynched, and what was with the Diddy Circus? My DH is still shaking his head at the performance. I also agree - Pink needs some coffee and some soap to wipe off those black tattoos all over her body!
