Vacation details are not working if you have more then one contract. They are "suppose" to be working on it, but we are dealing with Disney's IT shop....
(And folks think on line check in is good??? It's from the Disney IT shop, probably one of the worst out there LOL!)
I was able to log in okay, but we have multiple contracts and I have not been able to view the vacation details for contracts #2 and #3 for a few weeks now. I reported the problem on Nov 4th and received a response saying that they were trying to identify the problem, etc.
(I just sent another email asking for an update....)
What I have been doing to check my waitlist is going into the activity. I had two waitlists and I knew SOMETHING cleared due to a point change, but wanted to be sure I knew what it was. It's a pain LOL!
I think they might have fixed this problem!
Today for the first time in months I have been able to view my vacation details on contracts #2 and #3 (in addtion to contract #1)!![]()
