Is anyone else having trouble with the Members website?

In the past couple of weeks I have been trying to view my Vacation Details on the Members Website. And I have been having trouble. Does anyone know why? Are they in a process of a systems upgrade?:confused3
 
Me! I can't get on at all. Does anyone have the number to call for help??
 
We recently had a problem. The system kept saying that we entered the wrong password. That worried me because I was afraid someone had gotten hold of our account.

Anyhoo, Dh had signed on for a Fantasy College Football League through ESPN. Of course he made his user name and password for his macho fantasy league different than our DVC. It turns out...DVC then wanted him to use the ESPN password because its all Disney. :confused3

We entered the ESPN password and everything worked.

What a SNAFU? Situation Normal All Fouled Up (or something like that ;) )
 
I was able to log in okay, but we have multiple contracts and I have not been able to view the vacation details for contracts #2 and #3 for a few weeks now. I reported the problem on Nov 4th and received a response saying that they were trying to identify the problem, etc.

(I just sent another email asking for an update....)
 

Vacation details are not working if you have more then one contract. They are "suppose" to be working on it, but we are dealing with Disney's IT shop....

(And folks think on line check in is good??? It's from the Disney IT shop, probably one of the worst out there LOL!)

definitely agree.

don't think that most DVC are aware of the nightmare that booking online would be with Disney.

I had the exact problem. I suppose it is because of the multiple contracts. But I cannot view any of my contracts. I received the same response. I hope they repair the problem soon.

Thanks everyone, I thought it was just my account. I guess it's the system. Sadly that is reassuring to me.
 
What I have been doing to check my waitlist is going into the activity. I had two waitlists and I knew SOMETHING cleared due to a point change, but wanted to be sure I knew what it was. It's a pain LOL!

I just noticed my waitlist cleared, too. :dance3: (Had to search around for the details.)
 
It's interesting to see that others with multiple contracts can't see their vacation details for the 2nd - Nth contract. When I contacted MS this past Friday, I got a response that made it seem like this is a new issue. Apparently the support staff doesn't know about known issues. I suppose that part of the reason our annual dues go up is because it costs DVC something to respond to an investigate member issues with the provided support tools. Perhaps we should learn not to expect anything to work properly, and never report it when things do not. :confused3
 
I have two contracts (same use year) and have not had any problems viewing my points, vacation activity, etc. Even today...I've never had any problem managing both contracts online.

I think they might have fixed this problem!

Today for the first time in months I have been able to view my vacation details on contracts #2 and #3 (in addtion to contract #1)! :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
I can too. I couldn't just a day or two ago. Hope it stays that way!!!!

Me too. It's only taken them a couple of months. LOL!
 
I guess my e-mails to member services asking what my reduction in annual dues would be for months of missing functionality must have done the trick!
