We got our contract back today!

I am so excited! It feels even more real now.
I also contacted Karen, our planner, today and asked her about the cakes. she sent me the same pdf file that has been circulating around here. I am much happier with these choices than I was leaving the cake entirely up to chance. Some of the cakes I have seen looked good while others were, well, not so much. One less thing to upgrade (and pay) on! I asked if we could do different layers and she said YES! So we will do the top layer chocolate with Bavarian cream, and the bottom layer Yellow with Bavarian cream

. I am so glad because BF thought all chocolate would be too rich for some and we were going to do marble if both layers had to be the same.
In the same e-mail, I asked Karen if I could wear my dress to our DP that we are having in Morocco without hiring the bus as I have heard that others were allowed to walk in from the IG with a guide to Morocco and wear their dresses. The answer is no for me, but I am okay with that. She said it is not possible. Oh well, it would have been nice but the world is still turning
Finally, BF came into the office today and told me that his Mom said we could stay with her in some time share somewhere for our first two nights at no cost. He thinks I am wierd because I got all emotional and refused, telling him how being on Disney's property is so magical for me, and I can't imagine not staying on the property, and we were going to do a Value those two nights so it would be cheap. I also told him how I feel like crying everytime when we leave the gates... I think he thinks I am insane!

But, seriously, I love on property and really don't want to give up two nights there to stay off the property. No disrespect to anyone who feels differently, but to me staying on property is just part of it. I think he thinks it has something to do with his mom (it dosen't). It just isn't Disney to me otherwise, is all. I think he was shocked when i told him I would rather go on Tuesday and stay on property the whole time than go on Sunday and stay off the property if we had to, and that it was more than worth the $200 extra dollars at ASMu to be in the middle of the magic!
Thanks for reading, everyone!
