Have you tried Apple.com? Or even Target.com? (I'm assuming you aren't averse to ordering online ....) Or do you have an Apple store near you? The one near us has been restocking every few days.

I got mine at overstock.com for $169, but they no longer have them. You can keep checking because they ran out of shuffles too but they have them again.

Also, apple.com, if you click on education and you have a child in college you can get a really good discount or check their refurbished ones, they may have them.

You don't even need a child in college, you can select a Kindergarten school all the way up to college.
