iPod ear-bud troubles, anyone else?

I'm having trouble with my ear buds when I run. I think my ears are too small and they don't fit snuggley enough to stay lodge in there. Its a real pain to have to keep adjusting them every 5 minutes. Anyone else have this trouble? Any quick fix ideas?

Do you have the little covers on yours? I didn't put the covers on mine and I don't ever have a problem.

I have trouble keeping the left ear bud in. It cold be the shape or size of my ear since I have problems with my cell phone hands free kit also. NY require the use of a hands free cell phone while driving.

I have no problems using the earbuds with the shuffle, but I also don't currently run

I hate running in little headphones, always swap them for great big ear coverers - mind you actually being able to try my ipod headphones would be nice. Finally got my shuffle this week, but boyfriend bought big swanky ipod at same time so he's now uploading 20 years worth of CDs so I can't play with mine - and to add insult to injury, he's pinched my headphones as, and I quote, 'yours were unwrapped and mine are still in their packet'. they were only unwrapped cos he took them out!!!

The ear buds seem to stay in place when I first start running. As i begin to sweat more then they start to slip out. I find that if I wedge them in before I start they usually stay put until at least half way through my 50 minute run.

My trouble is my left ear, too.

I also get through the first part of the run and then have trouble once I'm sweating. I tried taking the covers off and had even more trouble. I might try my old "big" earphones but I'm wondering if they require more power from the iPod to get the volume out?

The ear buds actually hurt my ears terribly -- I think the ear buds are too big for my ears. So, I bought the larger ones that go behind your head and hook over your ears and they are much better.
