iPad Compatibility

So I find I'm using my iPad a lot to browse the boards while watching TV. And its good, I love being able to do so. However, I'm wondering if something can be done to fix the way the "news" (blog entries, etc) appears. When viewed with a normal browser (on a laptop), it appears as it should, with about 6 headlines showing, and the scroll bar on the side. When viewed with Safari on the iPad, it lists ALL the news items, expanding the box. If there's a way this can be fixed, or if theres an update for safari I missed that someone can mention, I'd appreciate it! It's not a big deal, just one of those little things that do annoy me from time to time.
