So here is my question and need advice
back in Jan. I booked our trip for November at the Villas WL, at the time the CM told me I had a 20% PIN, I thought better than nothing and booked it! Well today I got a PIN and was so excited because it was 40%, so I call the res line and go through everything and the CM told me that the PIN I have in my email is the same that I have on my current reservation, 40%, which I really did not think it was, I really remember her saying 20%. I hung up and searched the rack rates and stuff, and I think the CM was wrong and I am going to call back tonight.
Question for you all, Is there a way they can give me a detailed version of my invoice, and not just the grand number at the end, like a price breakdown for room/dining/tickets. I have a spreadsheet and have all prices broken down (my in-laws are paying for their portion of the trip) I feel like the CM was wrong today and did not apply the right % off, and this is a lot of money we are talking about. I am so confused, has anybody had a similar situation? I am not even sure this made sense when I wrote it out, sorry.
