Internet in Orlando

Has anyone used the Bell Canada pay as you go internet when in Orlando? We have Bell's Web-Minutes on our laptop. They state that you can use the 1-877 number when in the US for 10 cents per minute. We can't seem to find out if there are additional long distance charges.

Second question would be if we also wanted to add Sprint's pay as you go to our laptop, would the two products be compatable?

Any help would be appreciated.
