Internet Access at the Theme Park

Is there any internet access at the theme parks? Or is the closest internet access at the Disney resort/hotel? Can guest staying outside of WDW pay for internet access at the Disney hotel? Thanks.

They "used" to have internet pay phones around at places. I know one used to be at the walkway between Frontierland and Adventureland. However when I was there last month they were not there any longer, so I dont know.

Epcot used to have internet access. Now it has internet but it is controlled by IBM I think? Anyway, it only lets you on Disney and IBM sites.
The place I go for internet access is Disney Quest, it has an internet cafe. But it blocks some sites, like hotmail
I think there are a few internet payphones in Downtown Disney Westside. I really don't know about the theme parks though, sorry!
