What time does the entrance at the international gateway open for Epcot resort guests in relation to the front entrance?

They used to let you in a few minutes early at the IG (anywhere from 5 to 15 mins), but they had a second rope corralling guests by the bridge and they didn't let you past that until the official opening...but at least you were somewhat closer.

It's been a couple of years since I've done an EPCOT opening via the IG (and before the Magic Band/FP+/no more Legacy FPs) so things might have changed up some.

Those at the front gate will be slightly closer to the big thrill rides though. At least no one will be racing to FP machines anymore.
