Instacart question for Food Delivery in Villas

Hi.

I will be getting two different orders from Instacart, alcohol and food.
Instacart only asks me once for the tip amount, however, the alcohol one is not only less cost wise but just two items, while my food is more and want to tip more. Are the people that deliver the shoppers?

Will both get the same tip, will I be charged two tips and how can I make two seperate tips.

Are the orders you made coming from the same store (a single store may sometimes treat liquor purchases as a separate order from anything else)? If so, the shopper and delivery person is typically the same person. If you are ordering from two different stores, my understanding is the shoppers and delivery persons can be two different drivers, in which case, you cannot do different percentage tips for each driver (unless you do two entirely separate orders) but whatever percentage you provide will be provided separately to each shopper/driver based on applying the percentage to the total amounts delivered by each shopper.

Also, as you may likely be aware, the deliveries made to the resorts will be delivered to Bell Services, and you will have the option of either going to pick it up yourself, or have it delivered to your room by Bell Services, for which you may be charged $6.00

Thank you. I ended up calling I stacart and they said the tip would be split. I am getting from Publix and alcohol from Total Wine. I will just give the Publix shopper an extra cash tip.

I will have to be there to get the alcohol in person but are you saying dor $6 I can have the food delivered earlier and waiting for me? If so, I am going to change the delivery time so it can be there when I arrive and I can out it away.

Instacart can deliver to Bell Services before you arrive as long as it is your arrival day, but Bell Services will not take it to your room unless you are in the room. The possible issue is perishables. Bell services does have some coolers, and usually, at least if the delivery person tells them, they will put the groceries in the cooler, but there is still some risk that may not occur.
