Inspired by being a thread highjacker- the OT thread!

I TRULY laughed out loud!

You are an evil man, Sylvester! Aren't you ever even the tiniest bit afraid that God will smite you with His powerful, swift sword?

I'm surrounded by heathens!

Dear Lord,

Please try to find your way into the cold, black hearts of every single man in my family and into Sylvester's as well. They are good men, and know not what they do.

Plus, it would save me a lot of sleep if I didn't have this long list of people to pray for every night.

Thank You, Jesus.
Amen.

Sorry Easter was so "eventful" MW!

For once, I had a holiday that not one of my family members left in a tiff. Of course, my aunt didn't show up because she and my mom aren't speaking, but whatever. :rotfl: They are SO much drama.

Today dh and I are going shopping. Maybe I'll get some of those gigantic sunglasses alll the celebs are wearing!! ;)

I'm shopping tomorrow...for bathing suits! Summer is coming!!!!! :) While I don't love the yearly reminder that I'm not 19 anymore (oh, the girls are losing their perkyness!:( ) I love summer!

I've got a bunch of lazy-**** kids around here. You'd think that since I told them to pick up around here before I got home that the house would be neater than when I left, right? Nooooooooooooo. Worse! Much!

I yelled a little, but generally let 'em off the hook, so they are appreciating this and acting super-nice and cooperative. Brats. ;)

DH left me about a million messages to make sure I sent the tax envelopes. They only reminded me a gazillion times. And I called to tell them and left a VM to say, "I'm mailing it today!" What am I, a doofus?! I'm not calling back...let 'em stew for a while. Serves them right.

Hmph. Question MY ability to remember to mail a few envelopes...grumble, grumble.

Do you say "envelope" or "onvelope?"

yes you are, that's why he called you a gazillion times.

I say envelope.

I shopped today. I bought some sunglasses (semi-big, but not ginormous), 5 shirts, a baseball cap and a pair of crops. Success. Oh, and two bras.

No swimsuit. I need one though, and don't want to spend $80 on it, but I can't find another one that I like. Ok- I need a size 18, which is plus-size. I know I'm chunkers. HOWEVER, I'm only almost 25, and all the plus size swimsuits are made for people 75 + with swimdresses and huge ugly prints. ARG. That damn skirt isn't going to make me look skinny!!! Not to mention, I went to Target, where they actually have cute styles of plus-sized swimsuits, but not a darn one of the suits had any support in the top! I have DD's!! I need some sort of underwire or other inventive hold-em-up contraption! Come ON people!!

So, Lane Bryant is my only hope, and if I have to spend $80 on a friggin swimsuit, so be it. I want to look like a chunky but cute 25 yr old, not a fat and frumpy old lady hiding in a swimdress.

I like the "Jogger" suits. You can throw a T-Shirt on over them and go do the weight machines, then just pull the shirt off and swim. I also like a little extra coverage in that area. For different reasons than being a chunkers (I like that word:)), but I like it.

I'm with you on the wishing there were more suits with better support. What can you do?

Stinky girl FINALLY took a shower and washed her hair. Happy day at my office. Yippie!!!! I had a thought that maybe she stopped showering for lent. Ick.

I need a new bathing suit. It's been a while since I bought a new one, I am becoming out of style. :scared1:

I swim all year at the Y, but have to buy the suits in the Spring. Around here, that's the only time to find decent suits. :)

I dont swim that often as I dont really like to be out in the sun or have my face and hair wet when im out, so a suit will last me a long time. I got one about almost 2 years ago and probably have worn it a handful of times. I pack it and take it with me all the time, but I never get around to wearing it. But I have a great shop that sells cute suits cheap. Best thing, they keep the twins looking good. And you know, thats what counts.

Heck, I live in FL and Spring is still the only time to find decent suits! I walk into Macy's (or even Walmart) in January, there is not gonna be a bathing suit in sight!

i like those little bunny sayings like AIDENSMOM has on her sig.

there is one that says "oops i sharted" and the other that i love is, "i'll be nicer when you are smarter" :lmao: :lmao:

bahaha...that's totally funny...
