I read up on both sites for testing so I figured out the pluses and minuses of them both. But would like to here from people who used one of them or both of them to help with my decision on who to use. Thanks

We used OnPoint for our 9/17 Fantasy cruise. We had no issues scheduling or connecting via the Zoom session on the requested day. Our "proctor" was about 1 minute late dialing in, which made me sweat a little, but they were great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Walked us through doing the test. Got the email to upload for Safe Passage about 45 mins after our appointment. Hope that helps.

We booked Onpoint for our recent Alaska cruise and it was a mess. We were booked for 0930 on Sept 10th as we were flying out that afternoon and wanted it done before we arrived in Canada. We show up to our virtual time at 0925 and received a message that we had missed our appointment and would need to reschedule, they had moved our appointment time and emailed us minutes before the change but people who are running around packing up the house before leaving for 14 days don’t check their emails every 5 minutes, I was on live chat for the next 2 stressful hours and we were literally finishing the tests in the car on the way to the airport. Not the best way to start a vacation.
