After I called a second time to let them know that I never received either the original mailing or the second one that was supposed to be sent they e-mailed me a code for 1 ticket. Weren't there supposed to be 2 tickets?

Yes, we received two tickets.

Yes. The same thing happened to us. We only got one code and then emailed back and they sent a second code.
