ING quick question

Do you need anything special to get the $25 bonus for opening the account? I'm getting ready to "push the button" and I don't want to screw it up.

You need a referral from a member. If you need one, pm me before you click the link.

You can only get that $25 IF you are opening the account with a link that is provided in a referral email you'd get from another ING customer.

You will not get the bonus otherwise.

If anyone needs a referral email or if they have any questions at all they can PM someone privately (as asking for referrals, or offering referrals is against board policy) and they'll be glad to help you out.

There are 2 or 3 ING threads that are several pages long that answer many questions and have many ING customers you can PM.

There's even a thread on ING that is perminantly stuck at the top in the Reward board and then there are a couple here in the Budget Board.

yes remember that if you want that bonus you have to have a referral from another member of ing and not just open one on your own, it certainly is worth free money so don't just jump in before getting the referral. there are other bonuses from turbo tax but you have to have a product key to get that one.

Turbo tax is a good rebate. I didn't know about that when I opened mine, but I used it for DH. He got $50, which was better than the $25 for opening and $10 for me. Wish I would've used it for my DD as well.

Oh well, still got $25 and $10 for referring her.

it is too bad that you can't use both the regular referral and the microsoft money/turbo tax - that would be nice but it is one or the other. oh well. still, free money!!
