Information on selling rate at SSR

Just back on Sunday from the DVC presentation, and finalized 300 points at SSR last night over the phone!!!
After many questions, we found that the first building at SSR is sold out and they are working on the second. There is a possible 7 million points available with Disney retaining 2% of these. Estimates are that they will sell out in about 3 years, but sales are very good, probably due to the 10.00 preselling discount.
Thanks for all of the posts, really helped use to make the decision to take the plunge!!!

Is that on the total project over the course of it getting fully built or is that one of the phases?
