Information on remaining ticket entitlements

My DH and I both have non-expiration tickets attached to MDE. There used to be a way to see what unused entitlements were left on a ticket on MDE. You also used to be able to call and ask what entitlements remain. Apparently, these options are no longer available. I just called Disney tickets and was told in order to find out unused entitlements I had to e-mail them with a photo of the tickets or magic band plus a government issued ID. WTH?!!! They also said it would take up to 7 days for them to get back to me. We are planning a last minute trip and this is just making the planning that much harder. What a pain.

Hey try this. Go into MDE and choose fake fast passes. It will only let you choose for the number of days left on the ticket. So after 3 days for me, it said I could no longer make any FP.

Takes a bit of time but certainly less than what they want you to do! Oh and I canceled the FP when I was done.

Just go into MDE and begin booking FPs for consecutive days. Once you max out your ability to book, the total # of days you did book FPs is the # of entitlements that remain on your ticket.

Go in and Cancel the bogus FPs after you note the # of days.

Thanks everyone!! I'll give that a try!

Edited to add: I booked the fake FP+ and DH actually has one more day on his ticket than I thought - hooray!!! Thanks everybody!

My issue is I don't know how many fun days are left. Any workaround to finding that out besides emailing all the info?

Unfortunately, there isn't a workaround for this. Emailing or having your tickets checked when you are onsite are your only options.

Thanks for this info! I was able to confirm my non-expiring tickets do have the number of days expected with this method. And I did go back and cancel the fastpasses!
