Inferno Not Rare!?!?!?!

Inferno might not be rare pretty soon bc they keep giving it out in staff games. If they keep doing those games a.. inferno might not be rare after awhile! Tonight they are doing Aztec Gold and that will give out inferno! again next week they are having it to!! Bye bye rare inferno! Hello non rare magic!

Uhhh...It will almost always be a coveted magic. Because it is only given out in staff games, many people miss out on getting it. So, unless they go on sale in the Emporium, they will always be rare enough that most people will want it.

It's still not very easy to win this, so it's not that Inferno will lose its "rare"
status anytime soon.

I'd still shout "Woo hoo!!" because that would mean my friends who don't
care if it's rare, but want the pin for its own sake would be able to get one.
I certainly don't care if it's rare. I wanted one so I could continue my
personal goal of collecting all the VMK pins.

So let's make this a common pin! I wish VMK would consider selling inferno
for those who get frustrated trying to win it.

With the exception of Inferno hitting stores, I do believe VMK may perhaps make this pin more available to players over time, and then phase it out with another, perhaps maybe, with Carpet Magic being the eventual prize standard.


Time will tell.

Do you know how hard it is to win the host games when they have it? It's terrible even trying to get into the room, and then it's usually a three generator game where you have to match all those numbers in order. Last night on the quest, I only saw one inferno out of a hundred and five prizes.

I don't really care about it either way, but I do feel bad for those who don't have it, and would rather they get it then people who already have it lose their "I have a rare item and you don't" status.

Exactly! Why are they so stingy about things?

I can understand the parks quest stuff because they want to "encourage" people to go to the parks. But why be so stingy with the ingame items?
They are virtual items. Let people who want them get them.

my thought is that you make one really rare prize that most people want. Then unless you have been playing for a long time, the only "rare" stuff most people can get is the Park quest stuff which drives the new people to go get park quest items, in the hopes of trading up to the really rare stuff. Good plan on their part.
