DD needs to help make no-sew fleece blankets for a service project. Any suggestions on where they can get large quanities of the fleece material that won't cost too much?

TIA! :goodvibes

Wait till JoAnn's has a 50% off sale and stock up. As long as you don't buy the themed (Spongebob, NFL, etc) fabric it is pretty good price then. Plus if you get plain for back your $ goes a little farther.

I found some fleece panels in JoAnn's clearance section. They were 48 x 60 for around 4 or 5 dollars. My kids picked dogs and dinosaurs but there were others.

Hancock Fabrics does the 1/2 off sale also. I picked some up before Christmas pretty cheap. They might have a President's Day sale. I think their circular is online. They usually throw a % off coupon for certain days also.

I got ours from Joann's clearance. I was planning on getting something else, but the lines to have it cut were awful...and during the week, too!

Since it is for a service project, you might be able to work out a deal with them for a bulk purchase. Maybe check online.

I just ordered no sew fleece kits from joann.com for our Project Linus service project. (we are doing this for the Disney give a day program) they were 50% off, so $9.99 each.
