Last year, (first visit) we found a few moments to visit the parks, but only a few as we were constantly raising towards our next TS meal on the DxDDP. My DW will often jokes when asked how she liked WDW that she didn't have much time in the parks but she found the restaurants quite nice.

This year we have FD DDP - so only 1TS per day. Most of our TS are Epcot dinners at 8:00pm. A TS lunch did a nice job of breaking the day, slowing down or at least resetting the pace and the 90 minute break with comfortable seating indoors with air conditioning was quite nice.

There are other threads about which QS restaurants are indoors with A/C. This got me thinking about other indoor air conditioned relaxing opportunities exist for beer, wine or cocktails.

I recall as we were leaving Rose & Crown last year we exited thru their bar area. If there is one there must be others but I don't know where they are.

Where are the indoor air conditioned beer, wine and cocktail bars at parks?

Yaki & Yeti in AK has a nice bar to the right as you enter. We enjoyed stopping there for a "Yak Attack" (my favorite drink in that park). It was a nice break from the hot sunny park. :goodvibes

I assume you just mean in the parks?

Tune In Lounge in DHS is the bar adjacent to Prime Time. There's also the little Tequila bar (name escapes me for the moment) inside the Mexico pavilion in Epcot.

If we decide to stop in one of the bars-Tune In in particular-Can my DS6 sit with us and have a milk shake while we're having a drink?

If you are talking just in the parks -

MK has no lounges. (No alcohol is sold inside MK). However, the Wave restaurant is a short walk away at the Contemporary, is open for lunch and has a separate bar area that serves food and drinks.

AK - Yak & Yeti. Dawa Bar is outdoors. Pizzafari serves beer. Probably Restaurantosaurus does too. Both are indoors.

Epcot - all in World Showcase: La Cava del Tequila (Mexico, limited seating) Rose & Crown (Britain, even more limited seating) sake bar in the Japanese store (no seating, standing only)

DHS - Tune In Lounge (Prime Time Cafe). There is an outdoor bar alongside Studio Catering Co.

That's about it for separate lounge areas inside the parks that are located indoors and have air conditioning.

Yes, children are allowed inside any of these lounges and may even sit at the bar.
