Indoor Activities

We are scheduled to fly into Orlando Monday, for a trip including 3 park days and 3 pool days. Unless it's a real hurricane, we will brave the rain in the parks. But what do we do on non-park days if the weather is bad? Any suggestions? I know about resort hopping, Disney Quest and bowling at DTD. Any other suggestions in the Orlando area generally?

With a 7 and 4.5 year old, I would probably take Titanic and CSI off the list. While I haven't been to CSI just yet (that's on our itinerary for October), I don't personally think the Titanic attraction is suited for children under 10.
