neighbor, Lori!I'll try to answer your questions in our leader's absence and, if I get anything wrong, well,
NO, you do not have to post your weight. Just your goal and, hopefully, your losses along the way. If you want to lose 10 lbs, right now you'd be 0/10. Next week, when you lose 3 lbs, you'd post 3/10. (just an example)
And, I'm sure Tuesdays are fine (we're all different days) and, tonight's weight is YOUR base.
Did I explain that ok?
