I'll try to answer your questions in our leader's absence and, if I get anything wrong, well, :blush:

NO, you do not have to post your weight. Just your goal and, hopefully, your losses along the way. If you want to lose 10 lbs, right now you'd be 0/10. Next week, when you lose 3 lbs, you'd post 3/10. (just an example) ;)

And, I'm sure Tuesdays are fine (we're all different days) and, tonight's weight is YOUR base.

Did I explain that ok? :confused:

I am back after a few days away from the boards. Missed you all very much! I finished up the Mother's Day Challenge finally, so please count me in for the Independence Day Challenge. This one will be hard because my vacation will be in the middle of it, so I am going to be reasonable. I am going for 8lbs and hope that isn't too high. I have been averaging about 5lbs a month or so, but as I get closer to my goal weight it's been slower to come off, and takes a little more patience. Thanks to all the support here!

Good morning! Please sign me up for this challenge. I want to do better than I did for the Mother's Day one, that's for sure! I'm 160 now; I want to lose 13 lbs. by the 4th.

Disneygoof-sorry I'm late signing up-works gets in the way of time of the boards(and kids 5, 3, 1)! Please put me down for 13 pounds. Like a few others here I want to make it to onderland! So 0/13 now.
 

If it's not too late I would also like to join in. My goal is 10 pounds. This is my first challenge. It sounds like a great way to help with motivation.

I would like to lose 20 lbs. by July 4th! I'll be in Disney and I have about 4 pairs of RLL capri's I need to sleek into for my vacation.

20 lbs. off of me, would make me feel and look great!

Sorry I've been away for a couple days. I'll try to check the posts with more regularity. I'm excited by all the participation! Can't wait to get a new red, white and blue swimsuit!

Is it okay for me to check in on Fridays? That's the day I weigh in, and I often only get to the Boards on the weekends. So instead of being a week late I'll just post on the weekend sometime.

I'm down one pound this week - so one out of the 8 that are my goal! Yay! And after I post this, I'm going to get my new 15 pound clippie!

Hi!

I hope that I am not too late here! I never finished the Mother's Day challenge, too many stressors came up in the last 2 weeks and consumed all my time.

Everything is straightened out, and I have 364 days to lose 95 pounds. Gee, I hope that is possible?

Count me in for 20 pounds by 4th of July!

Moocow35, it is possible to lose 95lbs in 364 days! :hyper: I've lost over 100lbs since Aug. 2003. Good luck! :teeth:

That is fantastic! Congratulations! I know everyone is individual, and the same thing might not work for two people, but how did you do it? Did you do a lot of exersize? I am thinking that lack of exersize is my downfall.

Well, I am down 2lbs from my weigh in for the challenge. That makes me 2/13 on the challenge.

This challenge has been a great motivator for me already. Thank you so much for posting and tracking it, disneygoof!!

I'm down 1/7! The best part is I'm now 199 and that means OneDerland!!!!! Yippee!!!!
