Incentive along the lines of Rays sugar bags

I love Rays' incentive with the bags of sugar

I have lost the weight of my 3yr old so I do something similar when I want to give in to temptations and just put him on my shoulders. I tend to sag after about 5 minutes.

This probably explains why I have mysteriously grown a whole inch!!! I'm finally standing taller + I'm sucking in all the time to help with the tummy muscles.
