Sounds like you meet the membership requirements.I've been to Canada, and once, we had some Canadian Boy Scouts staying in our house for a week. Does that get me into the club?![]()

We have decided to go for it.Another member added to the Cdn. club. Hope that does not mean we have to drink Cdn. Club, I prefer a Margarita on the rocks.

count me in - lunch sounds good to me or how about time in the cove(is it still called that on the Dream?)chat over a coffee?
There is usually a formal night and a semi formal night on a 7 night cruise. I've seen all kinds of fancy clothes for the formal night. Some men do wear tuxes and some just wear a jacket and tie. If your husband is game for the tux, go for it!
We have only been on the 3/4 night cruises. I know that the Caribbean/Nassau cruises have been more relaxed on the dress code over the years. My question is... This IS a 7 day cruise AND a MV. What do you, as the MV community, think the odds of a formal night will be? Hubby is planning a coat and Tie for Remy but said he is game for a penguin suit if there is a "Real" Formal night.
Hi neighbor! You and my DISfriends from the WBTA talked us into it! I just sent our TA an email asking her to move one of our other Fantasy reservations to the MV. We really wanted to do it originally, but it fell the week after spring break. Now it will perfectly overlap spring break! Unfortunately we hesitated a week or two since she first got us the information, so the prime oceanview rooms were all go.
DH has a tux that he's worn on our last 2 cruises, so I assume he'll bring it on this one, so your DH won't be alone. Every 7nt cruise we've been on with DCL has had a formal night and semi-formal night as others have mentioned. I assume that trend will continue.

I noticed that Jamielynn is a runner. I know we are over a year away, but looking forward to the Castaway Cay 5K. We had about 22 people running on January 5/11. Discovered that some of the staff ran up the hill and back on St. Thomas. Not my kind of running, but my DH would have loved to join them.

Welcome aboard! First time for us on a maiden voyage too! We would love to do Alaska one day. In the meantime we are looking forwad to being on the Dream in May and a B2B on the Dream for the 4 day DVC Member's cruise in September and the 3 days prior. Congratulations on the new addition to the family!
The CC 5 run is very informal. The Navigator will indicate the meeting spot, the runners are the first off the ship, and we are told where to run. Pretty simple - run through the the main beach towards the airstrip, down to Serenity Bay, back to the loop off the airstrip, and then back to the ship via the main beach. At the end, there was a CM awaiting with a towel and and Disney Cruise Line Water Bottle. I used the water bottle for a Margarita drink in my room, and it still tastes a little like lime, and I am using it as my water bottle at work. If nothing else, it is brings back good memories.Started the year before baby was born.Trying to get back there. On the fence about the Oct Wine and Dine at Epcot. Can you send me any info on this?
