How would you spend it? Where would you eat? What would you buy? Where would you stay if you lived out of state? :)

Park view room at Grand Californian, basic breakfast in our room.
Rope drop, casual stroll up main street stopping for photos and to browse the wares.
Head to the left because we're Australian so that's the way we go :) Pick up a dole whip before riding all the e tickets one after the other clockwise around the parks with little or no line.
Back to Carnation Cafe for loaded baked potato soup for lunch. Enjoy some people watching.
After lunch grab a churro and see Billy Hill and the hillbillies.
Enjoy the lessor attractions then head over to DCA.
Again start with the e tickets with little to no wait. Have a bit of a break by shopping and taking pics.
Grab a snack, depending on what I feel like, before watching either Aladdin or it's tough to be a bug. Then visit some of the other attractions.
I'm a little lost on what order everything comes in, but by now it would be getting dark, so I'd watch woc and head back to DL for fantasmic and dreams.
I'd then get some more night time photos and ride a few rides in the dark, because it's more fun!
Then I'd leave the parks and head into dtd for dinner and more people watching until it was time to hit the hay.
Then I'd fall asleep watching cartoons on tv. :)

Well, there are so many different ways to have the perfect day at Disneyland, but mine would include:

Staying on site
Not being in any kind of a rush
People watching
Big Thunder Mt.(numerous times)
Carnation Cafe
Buying Pins, Pins, Pins!!!!
Plaza Inn
Chimichanga, and Mickey ice cream bar
Shopping
Wandering around, taking in all the details
Pirates of the Caribbean
Haunted Mansion
Buying Pokitpals
Disneyland Band in front of the Castle
Flag Retreat Ceremony in Town Square

Basically, for us--just being at Disneyland is the perfect day::yes::!!!

Oh gosh, here I go!

Staying in the Dream Suite
Have a photographer follow us around so I'm actually in some of the photos!
Do everything attraction my kids want to do as many times as they want!
Minnie and Friends for breakfast, BB for lunch, and Club 33 for dinner
Or maybe try Napa Rose chefs table at some point!
Encounter nothing but friendly people all day
Spread some magic to others!
Watch F! from the dream suite
Stroll around DL after closing like Walk used to do

That would be my dream vacation at DL!

A more realistic trip would be:

Staying on site, either a DLH view room with concierge or a PPH view room with concierge
Buying PP+ so I'm in some of the photos!
Not big crowds, minimal waits
Encountering lots of friendly people
BB for lunch
Riding what my kids want to do as many times as they want!
spreading magic to others
Watching F! and fireworks

I second that!

My day would be focused on food lol. My favorite bites include a jalapeno cheese pretzel at the Coka Cola shop on Main Street, a churro (I really miss the strawberry and apple flavored churros), turkey drumstick, Mickey shaped ice cream bar, Dole whip, and fried chicken from Plaza Inn.

Nom nom nom!!

- I would stay at theme park view room at DLH (for nostalgic reasons).
- Starbucks for a morning drink and muffin (or something for breakfast)
- Wander around the parks, take in a few rides, enjoy the sights
- Lunch at Big Thunder Ranch
- Wander around the parks, take in a few rides, enjoy the sights
- Dole Whip Float and Churro for a snack
- Wander around the parks, take in a few rides, enjoy the sights
- Dinner at the Blue Bayou
- Dole Whip Float and a cupcake from Jolly Holiday for a dessert
- Shopping for souveniers
- Fireworks and then Fantasmic
- Popcorn (in a souvenier bucket) for a late night snack, plus one "for the road"
- Another cupcake from Jolly Holiday as I watch people leave the park until closing

My perfect day would be spent with my DH and our three girls. We would be staying in the Dream Suite. We would start our day with the Walk In Walt's Footsteps tour. It would be light crowds and nice weather. There would be little to no waits on attractions. We would have lunch at BB and dinner at Club 33. We would have a perfect view of Fantasmic. We would end the night having ice cream from the Gibson Girl, strolling down Main Street , and we would be the last people to leave the park. We would eat unlimited churros through the day and also take a ride on the Lily Belle!
