In Your Family, What Do You Call It When You Blow A Raspberry On A Kid's Tummy?

Raspberry. Funny story, I was laying on my husband's stomach the other day and our german shepherd jumped up on the bed and laid next to me. I blew a raspberry on his stomach and I swear on everything that dog tilted her head and let out a half growl, half question "HMMMM?!" Never heard a dog ask a question before, it was great.

Raspberry. I don't understand calling something that already has a silly made up name another silly made up name.

Because babies. All sorts of nonsense words happen and stick when babies are involved.

I never knew it had a name until I was grown up. And I don't even really know how I came to call it a raspberry!! Maybe from a book or tv? Who knows! Anyway, we cal it a raspberry.

I don't know how it's spelled, but we call it a butz (pronounce the "u" like in "put").

lol That is too funny because that is what we call Number 2 (to put it nicely?) in our family.

We call it a Raspberry.

Belly Farts for the win! That's what we call them too.

I've never understood the term "blowing a raspberry." And I've never heard "zerbert" or whatever. Odd.
