In thinking about the new additional FP+s

I don't know if this has been brought up yet, but I got to thinking about the additional FP+s they plan on implementing. Anyone have any idea if the additional ones can be used for repeat rides on attractions you've already done? What about tiering? How would that affect the additional FP+s I wonder? So if you already got a FP+ for Test Track and used up your first 3 FP+s, can you get an additional one for TT?

IF, I believe, it follows the options for this as laid out in the surveys given to guests, it would not be a tiered FP, and should allow for repeats ...
