Hello Ladies, I have a few questions
What do you do for breakfast before the race, I know that we have to get on the bus at 4AM (right?) I have read that people have ate while on the bus or waiting for the start, but what do you eat.
Today I had a banana and I used 1.5 packs of sports beans and I was wiped out.
What do you do for food after the race, today after 2:40 hours I drank a muscle milk that I had in my car, what should I bag check to eat after the race??
Umm, what is a core workout, do I find it on a dvd? Is it push ups and sit ups?
